Variety Information

Stark Bros: Similar to Bing, but better. Prepare for a springtime show when this tree blooms: the flowers are quite beautiful, and they’re frost-resistant, to boot. The fruits from this Schmidt x Lambert cross are large and taste quite like Bing cherries, but are more crack-resistant and a bit darker red in color. If you enjoy juicing or making sweet wine in addition to fresh eating, this is a good choice. The tree is productive and offers good pest, disease and drought resistance. Pollinator required: Choose another sweet cherry variety.
