Sam-chae means 3 flavored vegetable. (Sweet, spicy, bitter) It is similar to chive but with stronger fragrant and better medicinal value. The best part is the roots. It is widely used in asian countries and recently gained popularity in korea. Best grown in cool climate. (But I am growing in south california, under a tree, and it is thriving just fine) it multiplies by from root so plant the seeds with some space between. Very rare, hard to find seeds. Get it while we have the supplies.
